I have been a couple of times and I thought that the women are angry because I don't speak English very well, or was rasista ...... she was always angry and rud so review the comments and I can see that she is just an old depressive miserable women that I feel penalty, I don't want to be rud but it's the worst customer service in all Milton Keynes, that woman should not laugh or day of his birthday, sorry she could be my mother and I feel bad for that but defenitly she need a really good party may be after... Lol
Fantastic service during day time working hours when the employed post office staff are working.Terrible service during the evening hours, staff straight up refuse to serve you. Post office website states service until 9pm but they will close this till when ever they decide suits them best. Like talking to a brick wall.
Why does it state open till 9pm when I rushed to get there & arrived at 8.45pm the guy said it was shut but I said it states 9pm it closes. I was desperate to send what I had due to a deadline which needed to be the day before. I wasn't happy but all he could day was you should of got here earlier. I couldn't be asked to explain I was disabled & suffer multiple autoimmune disorders as he just didn't care seemed like he just wanted to shut up shop dead on 9pm. Well don't you think you should say 8.30pm then for post office & stop wasting people's time by making them make trip to the post office when it's not even open.
Very rude old lady. Didn't want to give me a return label my pre-parcel as she said the system was supposed to provide for a certificate. But when I called the source, they said the system does not provide certificate of postage and the post office should provide them for you.
Great to have a post office in the area open on a Sunday. Popped in at 2pm just after it re-opened. Friendly assistance and my request was dealt with speedily..
