Customer service Team at this post office provide excellent service. They seem to need more stuff though.
I tried to collected a parcel and found out the manager had sent it back 10 days before time stablished by Post office with the excuse she had no space to keep it (an A4 size parcel??? Really?) Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional as the manager was unable to take responsibility for her poor service and incorrect procedure. I complained to customer service and got a generic response after 5 days covering up their mistakes and justifying all they could do was to contact the manager to refer the correct time expected to hold a package. Shocking really.
It says 'open today' on the website, wasted journey - closed until further notice!

Everything is fine, but opening time suggested on google maps is not accurate.
