Bletchley post office is situated within a large but empty shop called Rainbow. It may well be ran by bongol,zippy and George.The shop survives on the post office franchise but despite this they treat post office customers like scum, incapable of smiling, being polite or actually helping.
excellent customer service...very friendly staff they help you like no other post office does. the photo studio service they have is just amazing 5 for 4 photos paid 10 at snappy snaps and wasnt even right.
I needed to renew my driving licence, and the service i've received was awful. Receievd 0 help, when asked to speak with manager a bold guy turned up after 30mins waiting once asked for name he introduced him self a an owner and was rude and inpolite.
I needed to renew my passport, this was made very simple with the passport check and send Service, I particularly liked the passport photo Service, a lot better than sitting in a booth, everything took no time at all, very friendly great service.
