Not quick as I expected. Understandable - near Christmas. The lady staff ( Brinda ) at the self service was very helpful. She really knows her job. I'm happy and will recommend to my friends.

Not helpful staff at all. Made payment wrong and it caused huge delays in getting important documents. It seems that they want to get rid of you as quick as they can, especially at the end of the day.
