Firstly giving this place one star is only because the salesman was reasonably helpful initially but after we drove away then it has all went down hill since then.We bought the car from Perrys Bletchley after soneone recommended them. They did mess us about on the day we picked the car up as they said they were giving the car a full valet but once we got it home it was clear they hadnt. The smell inside was awful and it was dirty in the back of the car. Then we found the parcel shelf was missing and the digital screen in the dashboard was broken.We reported this to them but nothing was done. The yearly service became due and this was allegedly completed. A week later we broke down on the M6 and the AA helped us out.We tried to get the car booked in at Perrys asap but we were made to wait a week before we could. The car was left with the mechanics along with the full report from the AA. Several phone calls later it became obvious no one had bothered to read the AA report. When we went to pick the car up after work and being made to wait over an hour, we were slapped with a 2000 bill to replace all 4 injectors and made to pay 125 for the investigation. The mechanic said theyd check to see if any of this would be covered by the warranty and service payment plans. They promised to call the following day. Five days later no phone call. We emailed to complain but have had nothing back from anyone at Perrys.We then contacted another respected garage and spoke to their mechanics and after superb customer service we went to pick the car up expecting a massive bill but after a lengthy inspection and diagnostics, the mechanic explained that one injector needed replacing along with a couple of other issues as well as a new battery which all cost 300!!!!! He showed us the diagostic reports and defective parts and reported to us that the full service that had supposedly been done by Perrys obviously hadnt as none of the filters had been even touched.Im pretty sure this is fraudulent activity by this bunch. How they can lie and cheat people is beyond me. We will be taking this further as we cant be the only ones they are doing this to. We have complained to their head offices and will be speaking to trading standards next week. Just a little message to these people at Perrys if they bother reading these reviews: if you treat your customers like mugs then people will find out as we all now have social media to use to get the message out there. And we will make sure everyone hears about this.Future customers: go elsewhere. These people can not be trusted.

We have always bought our cars from Perrys Milton Keynes, have been treated well normally staff are excellent but we did have one bad salesperson not long back, we nearly said no mire but then we thought of all the good time and all the helpful staff, also to date we have never had any major problem little minor issues which they have quickly resolved, the support team is also very supportive and helpful and the mechanics, I know sometimes we could get a better price for our cars elsewhere but sometimes its just easy to do a straight swap etc. But really need to investigate how much I could save by selling my car first. We are looking to change our car and have already been to see the team and discussed what we are looking for so now just waiting to hear back will see how long they take, if to long will go elsewhere as mentioned still not comfortable after the past experience even though have given them 4 stars would have given 5 stars might be time for a change will see if they sort out a decent offer or not plenty of cars for sale around MK at very good prices but you must also take into account customer support and service offered
