I just picked up my car today and I've got to say the customer service was amazing. It was a long distance sale and I was never left guessing once. They were there every step of the way; especially Naz, personally picking me up from the train station. He also helped me figure out the computer controls before I drove away. Definitely my first choice any time I go to buy a car from now on. Excellent!
Very happy with my new BMW. All the staff have been extremely helpful and their service is expectational. I dealt with a number of staff and each one of them were able to answer my questions and queries. I was given a great value for my car on part-exchange. I have had great customer service from the first day I stepped in and love that all the cars have only had 1 owner and the cars history is all really transparent. Naz, has seen me through the sale of my first car, which was smooth, no stress and best of all - no pressure! He has been an absolute star and so helpful throughout.Unfortunately after a few days, I knew the car I had purchased was not for me. No faults with the car I must add, it was just not right for me.Their 14 day return policy is unbelievably hassle-free! Luckily, I had seen another car from them that was more suited to my needs. When I arrived the car was ready for me to test drive, and I was able to make a decision there and then. I swapped over my car the same day agreed for a further year's warranty and was gifted a dash cam and I am so pleased. All I can say to Car Next MK and Naz especially is, THANK YOU, for putting up with me the past few weeks and I am so pleased that I came to your dealership.
