Bought cars here since we moved to mk in the 80 but as years go by service has gone down, the old troop are still excellent but new staff either don't really care or don't have the knowledge, example we ask them to find specific car, they don't get back to you or pressure you to by something else, the guys in the workshop are excellent always helpful and ready to help and advice, this time we have moved to another dealer as they could not meet our request not sure if we will go back sorry to say over the years we have bought 7cars or even more

I first contacted Perry's having had a bad experience with Peugeot in St Neots. I called up and let them know what the problem was with the car and they booked it in. Upon arrival, they said that I would have to pay 120 for a diagnostic even though I had already said what was wrong with my car. They were also incredibly rude and sarcastic to me and my father in law. They then gave incorrect information to the warranty company which initially meant that my policy wouldn't cover the repairs. Once that was cleared up, Perrys said to take the car as they didn't have the part but they would call in a day or two once the part arrived. Since then (for over two weeks) I have called and called to get the car booked back in but they have not answered the phone (I know that they do have caller ID). I can't get over a company that represents Peugeot and Citroen having such terrible customer care. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and have since been told by the policy company that any mechanic can conduct the repairs without invalidating warranty. I have basically paid them 120 for no service, no repair and no follow up. My car is still not fixed but they have my money.
Perrys in MK have been keeping our 13 year old Peugeot 107 on the road for the last 10 years. One again really helpful, friendly and efficient service from Russell and Ricki on the service desk. Thanks guys.
