Received two recall letters from Mitsubishi, phoned service department to arrange to have car fixed but"no-one is available to speak to you". Left a message asking to be phoned back but no phone call yet. This was well before Christmas.
Booked my PHEV in for a service. My car was picked up from my home and dropped off when the work had been completed. No problems, good communication. Perfect.
