Everything about our experience buying our new Qashqai has been fantastic. We travelled from North Yorkshire to Milton Keynes and was not disappointed! James Baker was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and answered all the many questions we had. We then met James Russel today to collect our car who again was very helpful! We would definitely travel down again in the future to buy from this store! Thank you so much to both James for all your help!

Just made a booking with Dan (service department) for Tuesday 15th Jan for my daughters cam belt in her 500, I must say after my she was mugged off by St Albans three times, promised a called back for prices etc Dan took ownership of this booking, very quickly gave me a price, listed everything that would be carried out in the price, coolant, water-pump, tensioner etc, even offering a free wash, not me the Fiat. Very impressed with this man's professionalism and knowledge. Haven't had the work done yet so lets hope that review is equally as good. Very impressed, a credit to Glyn Hopkins. ! And NO I'm not related to this guy, just an average Joe wanting some work done. :-)
