Susannah originally booked me in and Tom looked after me subsequently. Both are lovely. I went to MK Audi after several instances of being somewhat let down by Bedford Audi and I did not regret my decision. I will be coming here again!
I recently picked up my newest Audi and once again I was blown away! The fantastic service is what sets this dealership higher than the rest. From the ladies at reception to my sales rep, they are all so welcoming and really listen to what you want. The sales manager was also great, he got me a fab deal! I would definitely buy from MK Audi again, best dealership I have come across so far.

I visited yesterday and found it very busy. The busiest of all the places I visited on my search that afternoon. This said, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and very helpful! Great main dealer from a customer service perspective, I cannot comment on any other side of the business as this is all I have experienced. Went in with the thought of upgrading my current Audi, every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and professional as you would expect in a high brow Automotive sales showroom. I was welcomed sat with a sales specialist and talked through my options. I've decided to stick with my current model for now. But i will be back!!
