Dave represents Storage King with brilliant passion and he has always gone above and beyond to accomodate any queries we have had. Recently We have also been dealing with Jen who is also brilliant and always helpful. I can't recommend them enough. Work in one of the offices on site and the staff are always polite, helpful and deal with any issues onsite quickly. The communal areas for the offices are kept clean and tidy.Great environment to work in.
Extremely professional. I had a great experience with this company, they were super helpful from the first day of walking in there to about 3-4 months later when I left. I would highly recommend them and without a doubt use them again in the future!
Very pleasant and professional staff. Jen and David are really sweet, always smiling but most of all very eager to help. We stored our Treadmill while trying to sell our house and received an excellent service from these guys. I am particularly grateful to them for holding on to a huge space for us for about a month in case we needed more storage during our move. We had sold our house but hadn't exchanged on our purchase. Difficult times, but very comforting to have David and Jen who promised they will store all our stuff just in case. They confirmed we will have plenty of space for half the price. This meant a lot. Storage spaces are very clean and there is a variety of spaces to choose from. Great location too. Easy access with reasonable tariffs. Very user friendly place. Much recommended.
