I have stored stuff in a first floor lock up unit here between October 2017 and June 2018.I found the staff pleasant, helpful and flexible. The manager, Ben, was willing to match competitors written quotes.Insurance is compulsory, but you do not have to buy it from them.There is also a refundable deposit and a small charge for a padlock if you need one.
Easy to sign up. Good access with hand trucks and lifts. Premises clean and tidy.
I've been using this company for over 4 years and they have been great. What can I say? They store my bits and pieces and they're fairly reasonably priced.
It's been less than a week since my goods were delivered to Lok'nStore but I'm happy so far. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are good. The only niggle I have is that the trolleys are as bad as supermarket trolleys and are almost impossible to steer, especially round corners. I know they don't have to be that bad because I have previously used another storage company, and the trolleys there were fine.
