Overall good experience, Jason was very informative and pleasant to speak with and in no way a criticism of my customer experience eith Jason, it would have been useful for Big Yellow Storage to make some clear that even if you do check-in online that there is still a final part of the registration service on your first visit.
Very good staff and very helpful and especially Jason in MK. The only let down for me was the quote for insurance was no where near clear enough. Granted, it does say 'budget for insurance' on one line/occasion, and I know on quote stage you don't know the value of goods, but, feel it needs there needs to be a chart with indicative costs....only little gripe. Us customers need to have it idiot proofed sometime. Otherwise very happy. Thank you.
