Just started using this place as doing some home renovations and very happy with the Customer Service I have received. I have another company closer to me but, a completely different aptitude so, I would really recommend Safestore. Down side is access if there are several people unloading at the same time.

My partner and I received amazing customer service from Steve and Shane at this store. They really did go above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and to see if they could do anything else for us. Always with a smile, nothing was too much trouble which was an amazing feeling. If we ever need storage again, we will be back!
Thoroughly recommend this storage company, especially the Milton Keynes branch. Everything from booking to checking out was impeccable. I looked for a quote online in the evening and received a call first thing the following morning to find out if what I was looking for was really what I needed, I spoke through my requirements with Steve and he downsized me to exactly what I needed, giving clear pricing structures and explaining all insurances. Needless to say I booked with them! Checking in was simple and easy, Jonathan took us to see the unit, explained all access details and helped us to understand the checking out procedure. He even spotted us on our second visit on the cameras and came down to bring us a spare trolley! We had no problems gaining access out of hours and there were plenty of trolleys available. Checking out again was easy and a pleasant experience. All in all we couldn't fault the service, facility or staff. If we just had one little niggle, it would be that the units can be quite dark, so a torch may be handy at nights!
