We started letting our apartment through them, so far received very good and professional service. However, it's been 3 weeks now, but still haven't received any rent payment, just hope that their payment team is able to be just as prompt and professional as the customer service team (hence only 4 stars, otherwise 5), big thanks to Claudia and Kate. We would highly recommend them.
