I have been renting from Prestige for just under a year and have just extended my tenancy. They are easy to deal with, respond to queries/maintenance requests promptly and always are friendly. Would recommend if you're looking for an agency to rent from.
Prestige has gone above and beyond with their service. Initially we struggled to find the right place to rent and they suggested a place within our price range which turned out to be ideal. They were understanding of the personal challenges we face during the contract signing process and have since been very accommodating. Any issues with the property have been addressed in a timely manner no matter how small and they have been a pleasure to be involved with.
Prestige are in all fairness, exceptionally organised and helpful estate agents.Obviously this all comes at a cost and general fees (sign on admin or contract renewal) do exist, but, they are no higher than any other estate agent, probably on the average.I do have to give them much thanks for always sorting maintenance issues very quickly, responding within 24h and usually solving in a few days or in that week.

Everyone is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I was really worried having to go through an agency as I have issues before but these guys are by far the best. If you are looking for a good estate agent then it's these guys!
Very efficient letting agent, from a tenants perspective. Emails are answered quickly and requests for maintenance actioned swiftly and not quibbled. Not had any issues that haven't been resolved.There are hefty fees to pay for taking a property and renewal of tennancy etc, but no more than other agents so can't really mark them down for that.
