I can't recommend Chewton Rose enough. We bought our current home through them and noticed they were different from first contact. (before first contact actually if you count our reaction to the property listing, which was outstanding)We were transparent from the start that we were just browsing - not seriously intending to move until 2019 - but that didn't stop Steven (Field) from taking the time to talk in detail about the different areas and giving us recommendations about how we should direct our search efforts. He knew the area like the back of his hand and, when we met him to view the house we eventually bought, he was able to answer every question we threw at him.There was a lot of communication following the viewings (we must have exchanged hundreds of emails) and Steve in particular provided a level of service I had never seen before. His responses were always quick, understanding, patient and helpful. When it came to organising the chain, Graham and Steve both put in a great deal of effort to make it work and we will always be grateful.We don't plan to move anytime soon but wouldn't even consider instructing a different agent to sell our home if/when the time comes.
