So far so good. Morgans have proven to be what I think a property agent should be.. They support both the tenant and the landlord in equal measure. They are friendly and flexible. We found a few small things that needed fixing when we moved in, such as blinds and exterior lights, and they had a contractor contact us quickly to resolve them all. The contractor is also very good.I've used 3 other Milton Keynes rental agencies before and had bad experiences with all of them. I get nothing of the money hungry feeling from Morgans that I did from the others.
I was renting through morgans for 1 year and as letting agent they are ok the only problem I had it was with one of there's contractors who take about 3 attempts to turn up for repairing the wather taps.
Thinking of renting, don't use them. Go with another one.
I was asking about a flat which was showing as available, was then put on hold and then have some guy tel me it was gone and slammed the phone down on me!...shocking there are plenty more estate agents so i would recommend you use them and not morgans
