Alex Naylor helped us sell our property within a couple of weeks with 3 different parties making offers that suited our asking price. There were back to back viewings on certain days. Alex was polite, professional and extremely patient. He always took my (often lengthy) calls, even beyond social hours and on Sundays. His phone never went on voicemail. All my text messages were responded to promptly often followed by a call or a quick visit if needed. Our house was attractive but it was facing a lot of competition from cheaper yet better properties locally. Also, to make things worse, there had been a distress sale by a neighbour with a house identical to ours for almost a 100k less. This had skewed the market and we called 17 EAs to guesstimate the price of our property. We picked Alex because he did not boast, or behave over-enthusiastically. He stayed reasonable and was very confident of defying the skewed market to get us a price that the house actually deserved.It was a large house with a cramped kitchen. Alex and the rest of his able colleagues supervised the viewings. listing every selling point of our property to the potential buyers. Showing them how such a kitchen can be extended to make the property something to die for. They were punctual and gave us clear feedback with good advice to both, us and the parties interested in the property. Alex kept us posted about the chain and eventually helped us secure a brilliant deal with a keen buyer who was renting. Simply put, smiles and peace of mind throughout.But, that is not why I am writing this review. Alex proved to be a pleasant source of empathy, excellent advice and professional support during a very taxing time with our purchase. He walked us through buying our dream home by being available for immediate advice, in person and over the phone. Alex guided us during an arduous bidding war. We bagged our purchase a couple of days after accepting the final offer on our sale. If it were not for Alex, we would've either lost that purchase to another party, or paid beyond our means. His step by step advice on this matter was well within his professional ethics, yet beyond what he was obliged to do for us as his vendors. These were tough times and we were on a rollercoaster. Alex was always around for clearing doubts and removing fears. This will remain with us.Oliver (sorry I cannot remember the second name) took amazing pictures of our house making it look like something out of a decor magazine. He clearly enjoys what he does and is very passionate about bringing out the best in every click. He doesnt give up till he gets that perfect snap.
