Lauren Gee does her job very well. She is prompt in responding to any service calls. I have also experienced that although she is out of office, should still address the service call and assign it to appropriate person to resolve it.
Before I signed up for a lease I was promised so much help with sorting out? I signed the lease and paid deposit Now I can't get anyone to call me back I have no heating the kitchen work tops wet and blown kitchen cupboards moldyfridge rusty? She has dealt with almost every problem with the flat Lauren you are a star you are amazing and you definitely deserve a pay rise thank you dose not seam enough
