Very unprofessional - Waiste of money
I'm surprised people have had a bad experience with this place. We went there for a 4d scan (we already knew the sex) and were treated well. Staff were friendly and professional. We are returning for our next child. Good service
Went for a baby scan... they told us it was a boy... well it turns out were having a girl. Extremely unprofessional service. The examiner was unsure on the night and I also questioned her a number of times but she decided to tell us it was a boy anyway... bunch of clowns that shouldnt be able to deliver this service. Please AVOID and use a company that just specialise in scanning... as these lot are a jack of all trades and master of none business.
Went for an abdominal scan yesterday with Lesley, she was very professional very friendly and has given me piece of mind that my insides are okay. My scan was booked and done within 24 hours and had a report in my hand to take to my GP. This would have taken months on the NHS, definitely worth the money and helps take the pressure off the NHS.
Dr OJ and his team are always extremely helpful and efficient. I use this service rather than waiting forever to see my local GP and it is well worth paying for the peace of mind and speed. Also, you don't come out with something you didn't have when you went in by sitting in a crowded GP surgery with everyone spreading what they have!!Highly recommend the service. Have been using for 3 years.
