Never had an issue whichever doctor I've seen. Yes it can be difficult to get an appointment but unfortunately that is the state of things these days, and not the fault of the surgery. I do agree with others that the reception staff can be quite abrupt which is why I haven't given 5 stars.
Useless reception always in a hurry to end the call?should be more patient and listen to what the other person has to say at least. So disappointed
I was referred to CMK Medical Centre for physiotherapy and received treatment from Tobias who was great. He was very polite and friendly and after the first session I felt an improvement in my freedom of movement. This improved after each session until we felt sufficiently satisfied that I no longer required treatment and was discharged. I had a very positive experience with CMK Medical Centre and their staff and would recommend them to anyone.
I have been a patient at the Central Milton Keynes Medical Centre since I moved to MK over 20 years ago. Have always received a first class service from all the staff. I have a fantastic Doctor but have never had any problems when seeing other doctors when mine was unavailable. I have found the nurses to be really nice and all very good at their job. In fact it was a nurse here that recommended the right course of treatment that helped me give up smoking after having failed to do so for the previous 30 years. (That was 11 years ago. Still smoke free.) The reception staff are always friendly and do their very best to help in anyway they can. My wife has a lady doctor here too and she is so nice. Everyone is consistent in there attitudes and there is no one here that I would be unhappy to talk to. Worth every one of the 5 stars I award it.
Fab doctors surgery and always very thorough. Especially Dr Carson's. Definitely recommend him to anyone.
