Absolute pointless being registered at this place, you can never get an appointment. The receptionists need to be retrained or go in to a new line of work and if you can get a an appointment its in 3 months when there's a full moon and the solar system has aligned perfectly. I hope I never develop a dangerous disease as I feel it would diagnosed too late with this "practice".
Every time Ive needed an appt Ive booked online and managed to get an appt every time. I agree they go quick but Ive always got one by going on first thing.The drs have always been great and referred me to hospital when needed too.I cant fault the drs or the system. The staff have always been friendly.
You'd be lucky to get an appointment here to be quite honest, i called in 4 days in a row at 8:30am to be finally provided with an appointment with the Nurse and not one with the doctor. I've been registered here my whole life back when this GP was based in Stantonbury. I'm shocked and appalled by how cold and dismissive the staff seem at Oakridge. Absolutely ridiculous!! I feel like they simply just do not care about patients. I would rather not see a GP than come here.
Appointments are impossible to book. Continuity of care is non-existent. Record keeping and back office are a shambles
This doctors is amazing. The receptionist are lovely and go out of their way to help you, I've seen 3 doctors so far they have all been brilliant. So happy I can be a patient here.
