Don't purchase your furniture without visiting NCF first!!We, fortunately, came across NCF store in Milton Keynes while visiting a few another furniture place in the retail park. When we visited the store, we had already made up our mind on the sofa and bed we were going to buy for our new home. However, we were so impressed with the quality of furniture NCF had in stock we were convinced that we had to drop our previous plans and go with NCF. Not only did we buy a sofa, bed and a dining table, but we were also able to purchase all 3 of these items within our original budget of just the couch. The staff in the MK store were accommodating and advised us on best delivery options. We purchased the delivery option and the individuals who delivered also fitted all three items for us. If you are reading this and are considering to purchase an item of furniture I will highly recommend to visit NCF.
Avoid these if you can, bought the bed and mattress together and after put all together noticed that the bed is almost actually height of the desk. Send email to customer service same day and got reply a month later (after few emails requesting a reply, phone number always busy) that they will refuse to supply correct thickness mattress to make it right height and will refuse to take it back. Also ordered with wooden feed and got black plastic feet but count this as nothing comparing that my child cant use new bed for over the month now Will take this case to trading standards and will see what will happen Avoid if you can!!!
Superb range of products at amazing prices! This really is Milton Keynes best kept furniture secret! In particular I think beds are incredible value and really quick delivery.
Horrendous post sale experience. Partial order was delivered on 15 Aug, and we are still waiting for rest of the order to be delivered.The Milton Keynes store wasnt helpful and have us just a phone number. Now the customer service isnt helpful either.I will avoid them at any cost.
