Spoke with Terry, who was one of the most helpful staff I have met. He provided excellent product knowledge, was very friendly and did not rush the sale for his own benefit, rather he took time to explain every aspect of the sofa and what to look out for (e.g. durability) enabling us to make an informed decision. Although they didn't have exactly the sofa we were looking for, it was because of his advice we ended up buying from another Furniture Village store, I would highly recommend speaking to Terry for your next purchase!

Paid extra for some bits an they didnt turn up, took a day off work to take delivery off a rug we purchased from furniture village only for the couriers not to turn up. And then left it outside when they did arrive... new bed arrived with no casters cant be moved...most probably wont buy from there again!
