Andy Smith You have been promising for the last 11 months to rectify the budged up job (fitting a 5 ins fan to the old 4 ins pipe) for laziness and I am having difficulty to find anyone to rectify your mess because they say it invalidates the warranty.. You need to get your act together and sort this out. Stop empty promises as now I am beginning to be offended. If I put the pictures of other problems a lot of potential customers will be scared to touch this company.
Excellent experience overall. The Leicht kitchens from Kitchen Matters are a leagues ahead of the rest - we are on our second one, the first one bought 15 years ago in our previous house from a retailer in Bedford. When we needed a new kitchen for our new home, Leicht was foremost in our mind and the service we received from Kitchen Matters right from the moment of our first contact sealed the deal.We had some preconceived ideas of the layout but Amol challenged these and produced an alternative proposal which we immediately saw the merits of.The rest of the process was efficient and professional. We spent more than our budget but we know we have got kitchen that we will enjoy for many years.This company came recommended to us through acquaintances to whom we had recommended a Leicht kitchen and we have to say we werent dissapointed.We wholeheartedly recommend them.
