I wouldn't give them 1 Star If I had the choice. Absolute shamble, never been so stressed. DFS Sofa was delivered with feet missing so could not sit on or use, took well over a month to sort out with taking a number of days off work to accommodate their efforts to fix THEN offered a 25 YES 25 from store manager as goodwill for inconvenience, how insulting after spending thousands with them. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT EVAN VISIT
Went with my mum to buy her a new sofa etc was not made to feel pressured into buying their and then was given great advise and treatment mum wanted to think it over which staff member said was not a problem we returned a week later and brought from the same member of staff we had seen the week before she was so helpful and even made us a cup of tea. Would highly recommend this DFS branch to anyone.
