Bog standard and pricey. Went as part of a private party upstairs with two friends. The 18yo got served no problem but the mother of two in her late thirties was refused despite having ID on her phone and someone who was our boss corroborating that she was over 18. Good to see they uphold the law but also ludicrous in this instance. Tried to order a plate of chips at 9pm but they had already stopped food on a Saturday night!!!
Went there on a work Christmas do. Very efficient and friendly. Food was reasonable. Would also be good for a casual bite. They look like they serve breakfast until midday and it looked good, so worth a visit if in area.
We had a cocktail making party and our waiter was brilliant, he was really fun and made our night really enjoyable. Good was great too
Love this place! Food is lovely as are the cocktails. It's also a great night out on the weekend.
Visited Slug & Lettuce for lunch yesterday and it was average. I visit the one in Wood Street quite often so assumed the food will be at a similar quality as that but it wasn't. The flavours were lacking and needs some improvement. The service was good and prompt. Would recommend visiting here as it's 3 hours free parking around here and it's a good for a Saturday lunch.
