On arrival for our party booking we had to wait for our table, which was fine as some relatives were still locating parking. Once we were shown to our table, we were informed we had 2hours to dine. This immediately set an unwelcoming tone from the server. She was not welcoming and should therefore not be working in a customer facing role if she does not have any customer service skills. Throughout the birthday dinner our party were constantly reminded of the 2hour slot, yet our food did not arrive until 1hour 20 minutes after being seated. The food was was edible, but as we all felt rushed including the children, this made the whole experience uncomfortable and upsetting for the birthday girl. We had to ask for basic necessities such as napkins and side plates to share the food amongst the table, which seemed too much to ask for. The server and the management team were very unprofessional and spoke about the situation just a few centimetres away from our table, which we all could over hear the conversation.A suggestion to the management and training their staff, would be to listen to the customer and try their upmost to resolve any issues at the time of the dining experience. This did not happen and therefore we will not be returning nor recommending the Milton Keynes branch. We are extremely disappointed.
Went for the first time it was office team night out we were around 20 people. Everyone enjoyed the evening..food options were good for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.. being vegetarian I liked the way they served vegetarian dishes with a flag on them saying vegetarian society approved. I tried mocktails banana cooler and Tropical cooler were best...as we were around 20 people so tried almost everything..and enjoyed it. .. overall it's is nice place..only downside was...they were struggling in managing 20 people at a time.
Loved the spicy Latin and Mexican food. Good number of choices for both veg and non veg lovers. Friendly stall, great ambience and tasty food, what else you need. Easy place for quick bites and drink as well.
First time at this restaurant, the service was quite speedy, waiting team very accommodating, fantastic food so much variety. 2 for 1 on cocktails although there could've been a bit more alcohol content. Will definitely be back.
Had a brilliant time here. went with wife late Monday night and was assisted with young Harrison. Wow. what a guy! funny, sociable and genuinely those kind of people you want to invite to eat with you. just made the restaurant seem like a go to place and his social interaction skills were brilliant. oh... food was good too.
