Only stopped one evening but facilities were very good. Rooms well appointed, clean and a comfy bed, at least for my taste. TV and wi-fi. Good value and excellent breakfast.
the room was highly priced at 109 for one night with late checkout.the staff *Natalie was super polite and helpful. the bed was supposed to be a super sized but was 2 singles pushed together. and was as hard as the floor. the bed side lights did not work.the room was clean and tidy. bit shady on sugar n milk. only 3 sachets of sugar? but all in all good experience just expected more for the money comfort wise. would stay again only if I'm flush tho. had a better experience for less at a Hilton.
Friendly staff, good food (though a bit pricey -- definitely try the Fish + Chips and the Volcanic Rock seared meat selection), comfy bed (though in my case, my room had a faulty shower head and defective underfloor heating). Gym was very small compared to some other hotels I've been to. WiFi was _really_ temperamental, cutting out very frequently. The hotel is used by many different parties: Christmas, Wedding, Funeral and even Karaoke nights so expect some noise if you're unfortunate to be staying at the hotel during this time. I can't really fault the staff or hotel during my stay. Definitely will be back.
Went to book for New year masked ball. Had a look at a typical standard room. Looks fine. Hotel has been upgraded and decorated so looks nice and fresh. Friend had her wedding there and she was very pleased with everything. A nice venue.
