Quiet and comfortable. It is a basic Travelodge and despite being in the "Business Floor" the room only had one spare socket for the kettle, laptop and other chargers and none by the bed.
This site is definitely a budget hotel. Would prefer the option of a hot breakfast. Room was good for a brief stay. Would not stay longer than one night. No trimmings.
For a good time in MK, call the Travelodge. The last time I stayed in such a dive I did so voluntarily in a hostel in Amsterdam. At least there they bleached the bathrooms. From paper thin walls to "breakfast-in-a-box" this hotel offers nothing other than being vaguely central. My colleague being questioned as to why she was fussing about the black mould in the kettle when she wasn't going to use it was highlight; that along with the accusations against her that the inch thick layer of dust and grime under her bed was clearly caused by her because she failed to report anything immediately after checking in. Give it a skip and try out one of the other hotels or bypasses in MK.
Beds were lovely and comfy. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and great shower pressure. Highly recommend
Practical and suited purpose for visit. Reasonably clean, but bathroom needed extra attention, not just the areas that can be immediately seen. No plug socket near bed to charge devices.
