Don't let them near your car. They broke the clips that hold my car's headlight cluster in advised that they couldn't change the bulb and did not have the decency to let me know that they had broken the fixings. Oh and gave me the wrong bulb for the car.
Have now had 2 car stereos fitted in my last 2 cars and recently a Blue tooth DAB system fitted to another by Chris and I must say his Customer service and product is second to none. He has always been expectional everytime I have visited this store and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable individual who will give you the Customer experience as standard.I have recently discovered that he is now a manager of the store which is no surprise to me.
line ups tend to be long but service from the Manager (Wayne) is exceptional
Not too bad. The one in town is a bit better for the cycling selection however
On there website they said they do 48 hours electric bike trail on this store .so booked one but when I went to get it they told me I can only ride on there car park for 5 minutes . Really hope it is not because of my skin colour.
