The great team here have looked after my bikes for a number of years now, friendly, efficient and good quality of work.
I should find the staff memebers names out really as I feel its good to name excellent people.My first experience of Chaineys was when my wife wanted to buy me a new bike for my birthday. Chaineys could have easily had said this one will do but no. They advised its best for me to go along and try several bikes to find out which is best for my style etc.Throughout the years since Ive found they always give out advice and explain stuff in details without expecting you to buy something.I find they would rather you leave empty handed then buy the wrong thing.Just today I returned to buy my toddlers both helmets for their bikes with time taken to interact and ensure the correct helmet was picked.I had previously went to a well known shop that is run by monkeys and there was no assistance at all with picking the correct helmet.Will return for that bike child carrier
Great local bike shop. The guys have a wealth of cycling knowledge and can fix any bike related problem. The staff are always very welcoming and can offer expert advice on purchasing new bikes. They have a wide range of Giant branded bikes.
Been using Chaineys since I bought a bike from them 8 years ago. I've moved a bit further away but still go there as there's nowhere better in the whole of MK and surrounding areas! (and there's a lot of bike shops!)
