Sorry but very disappointed... Received reminder that my cat having ant appointment on Sunday 9.15am just now went there and guess... surgery is closed, no answer as well ...waiting outside and feeling stupid. Shop staff working on the floor and they just ignoring me instead to open the doors and explain me that no one is at the reception. So have to go back home and I waisted my Sunday morning!

My Nan and I took her dog here when he became very poorly, the staff were lovely and very understanding. They were quick and efficient in trying to treat him, unfortunately he became to poorly for treatment to help so the decision was taken to let him go peacefully. We took him home and came back a few days later, I stayed with him for the procedure and they were fantastic. Explained everything and what would happen, he fell asleep peacefully and they let me stay for a while to say goodbye. A few days after they called to check on my Nan to make sure she was doing well which in itself was such a lovely gesture. Couldn't of faulted a single thing

Great vets. Highly recommended. Clean, professional, caring and compassionate. They've been looking after our cats for 3 years now, with all sorts of minor and major problems. Always feel reassured that our pets are being looked well. Receptionist staff also deserve a special mention for dedication and friendliness.
