Travelled from Northampton after checking that the bath panel we needed was in stock but it wasn't, wasted journey.
Looking for a pendant with a bulb, we couldn't find wot we were looking for. But a lovely lady, didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair in a ponytail gave us the best customer service we have ever had in this store. She was very helpful, knew her product and was very observant as she guessed that I worked in retail too but, overall she was the best we had and we think a great credit to the store. Thank you who ever you are lovely lady. We went away very happy. Well done.
Good range of products. Was able to find what I was looking for. Staff not so willing to approach you to ask if you need assistance but the till staff member we were served by at the till was happy, cheerful and chatty. Good quick service.

Dont know what happened with Bunnings but this place is in much better conditions than 1 year ago.Great job !!You can find anything you need and at a very good price.I prefer to come down here and shop because the variety available is amazing.Some times you need to walk like 10 min to find what you need but is OK.Staff friendly
