Staff. were helpful but a little worried about the current financial problems. I hope the store continues to remain in business
Great amount of stock and staff and more than helpful when you ask for help. They aren't just trying to flog you the most expensive bit of kit that you don't actually need. They show you what is right for you.
Easy to find and with plenty of free parking right outside, this is a very clean, modern and airy shop. Everything is well laid out. The guys who served me were efficient, friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my golf.
Good local golf store. I went in to buy shorts but the had very limited supply. Ask member of staff about this and he said they had mostly sold out?Well restock then as it 88 outside and has been most of the Summer!
I felt impelled to review Dale in the MK branch. Last week I called him as I had lost a 100 golf voucher my elderly father purchased for me in cash and did not have a receipt for as he had left it with the voucher so I understood if AG were unable to honour this. Dale was so much help, luckily I had the day of purchase and Dale checked all the systems and was able to see the purchase on there and honoured the voucher, he called me back ASAP and was a great help when I popped in the store. I have since located the voucher and advised Dale of this but his endeavour to help me was fantastic and unfortunately a rarity in retail. Thanks Dale, I will definitely be returning to AG
