Cold calling scammers
Not even worthy of 1 star.The MIB do not care about you and your needs. They do not take anything seriously, when you are involved in an accident with someone who transpires to be uninsured you want the full support from these people to help you with the pain, loss and suffering you are dealing with. These people drag their heels with everything they do, they are awkward and never suit your needs, you ask for something and they make up and excuse. I have had to sit and watch someone who was in an accident with an uninsured driver be treated with 0 respect from these clowns. Accidents are never nice to be in and they do not support you in any way... Where is the treatment which was promised?.
Never once have I used MIB but on the same day my current car insurance broker emails to remind me my insurance is due in 4 weeks time they have called me continuously even after saying to them not to phone me when I answer. Not impressed at all, will steer clear of MIB for the rest of my life due to this awful first impression.
utterly useless nothing on their site works and no phone response, another waste of time costing us higher premiums
Was able to claim back my excess when I got hit by an uninsured driver. Very happy with MIB. No fuss and got resolved within a month. I did have motor legal protection added onto my policy so not sure if this helped aswell
