they are not responding to the e-mails or calls, if ypu want to leave their pension group it takes months and they even don't refund your money. Such a useless company
Having taken a monthly dividend I requested, through my Financial Adviser who had been previously confirmed as such with Carey's, I waited three weeks before having to call myself. Only to be told that nothing had been done, no record had been taken of his request. I therefore asked for action to be taken and was assured that it would be done "immediately" . Three days later I called again, to be assured that it would be sent out "immediately". Two days later I received an email with attached documents. When I sent these back by 1st Class tracked post and heard nothing for another several days, I called to be told that no letter had been received. I checked with the post office, the letter had been received and signed for two days previously. When finally I spoke to my account manager I was assured again that the final documents would be sent out immediately by email and that if I scanned the filled in documents she would act on them as soon as she received them, not waiting for the hard copy to start the process finally of releasing the lump sum requested over, by now, a month previously. However, when the scanned documents arrived I receive an email saying she was waiting for the hard copy before starting the process.My review of service is about as low as I can possibly make it. A straight forward request was firstly ignored, and then dragged out so that over a month has gone by and still no funds and virtually no action.
