Terrible customer service! I ordered a ring from their website as i was unable to get into store. the item arrived faulty. So I went in to return item they completely dismissed the fact it was from their company. staff incredibly rude, didn't make an effort to help me out. Would not recommend shopping at this company. it is the second item in the past 2 years i have purchased from this company is faulty or has broken with a few weeks
