Phelans were absolutely amazing, the moment we walked into the jewellers we knew that it was the store where we were going to purchase our wedding bands from. Natalie talked us through the process from start to finish and was able to re-set my engagement ring so it fitted perfectly against my wedding band (something other jewellers couldnt do). They used a diamond from a very sentimental ring and created me a pendant which I can wear on my wedding day. Highly reccomend! A big thank you to Natalie, Simon and all the staff at Phelans. Took my wife's ring that had lost a small diamond to see if they could replace it, very courteous staff who checked the entire ring and quoted a price for the replacement, which is now being repaired by them. Excellent service..

Just before Christmas, I visited the shop to purchase an eternity ring. The owner served me and the service was first rate. I was shown a vast selection of rings and spent a long time trying to reach a decision. My engagement ring was styled in such a way that it would not sit flat to another ring. This meant I was unhappy with all the eternity rings once I put them on. He explained why and showed me how my ring could be remodelled to fit and even did this at a fantastic price.The remodelling was completed in half the time quoted and I am absolutely delighted with the rings. They look fantastic together. I will certainly return.
