Rude unprofessional store manager. Never smiles, looking grumpy and mostly concerned about his commission hence returning goods make you the worse customer ever to the extend of being completely ignored. Very rude manager and I suspect have racial issues.
Good value and helpful
I'm not so much rating the tiles but the service - they have a 'Lowest Price Guarantee', when I found the tiles I intended to buy approx 35% cheaper online, I asked them if their guarantee would apply. The tiles on the other website were in stock, and were not on sale, so as far as I could see it should have applied. Topps Tiles replied asking which of their stores was my local one so they could check, I told them, and heard nothing further, despite chasing. So, don't believe their Low Price Guarantee, they clearly don't honour it (and can't even be bothered to get back to you to give you an excuse as to why) and do check around first as you can probably find their tiles cheaper elsewhere.
