I have Been using precise for 3 years since I started a small business and the products they sell are of the highest quality and very fairly priced All staff are friendly polite and down to earth but extremely professional at the same time All to often building material Suppliers have Little knowledge of the products they sell and Associated works The staff at precise however have extensive knowledge of their full product range and how to use them and will always go the extra mile to explain to Customers anything they need to know I personally wouldn't use any other company for my supplies All in all an excellent all round service from the precise team is provided and The customers I see including myself always leave with a smile cheers Guys
Very bad customer service, very rude, and didnt want to give invoice or any kind of receipt, clearly they not paying proper income tax !!
