Took my S8 plus in for a charging fault and was returned within the hour repaired. Great service team and very helpful. Thanks guys.
WARNING: this is a franchise !!! My 17 year old son brought a Note 9 after lots of deliberation as he has only known Apple and using his own money from his first job purchased the phone as the sales guy said he could return it for a refund. So he didn't like it after 48 hours so i went with him to return it, spoke to a helpful chap, but basically they won't refund it as they are a franchise and they would loose the money of the phone. I showed him an email my son had got from Samsung Shop Support who said he could return for a refund. But the Samsung shop was not interested. So beware!! He would not have brought the phone if he knew he could not return it if he didn't like it. The sales guy influenced his purchasing decision knowing that he could not return it.
Outstanding service. Ewelina my Samsung guru was the most professional and thorough representative I have ever encountered with tech. Not wanting to leave my job at 5:00pm she stayed and finished Saturday evening until 5:45pm. A new motherboard had been fitted overnight - how exceptional is that?

Love this store! Looks really good and you get great customer experience. Wish we could have one in Oxford as well. I'm a great fan and all my family uses samsung phone's. Great quality overall. The only downside: please Samsung, give us more software updates, not only for the newest phones. :)
