We bought our daughter a great digital piano (Physis V100) from the Music Kavern three years ago. At the time, the family team were friendly, helpful and informative. 2 weeks ago, the sustain pedal lost its tension. I emailed the Music Kavern then spoke to Darren who arranged to visit within just a couple of days to try to diagnose the problem. Our daughter plays the piano every day and Darren swapped the spring over from the middle pedal as a temporary measure. Just over a week later, Darren returned to replace the missing spring. I took my Gordon Smith Graduate in for Steve to finish the pickup replacement job that I started. Having made a couple of mistakes and trying to work out some difficult wiring it was time for me to throw in the towel. He set it up nicely and put on new strings. So the store is small, the staff are clearly knowledgeable, but they have a bit of a kids attitude problem when faced with older people looking to buy for themselves.The guy serving me could barely keep a straight face and totally put me off the purchase.Still the store has a good range of instruments and prices are not that steep.
Really friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't hassle you. Competitive prices and service above and beyond. Lots of gear which staff are happy to let you try. If you're after some music gear I highly recommend you visit them.
Bought our first electric piano from here. The guys were really friendly and explained the functions on the piano. Although they only had a display version of the piano I purchased they made sure to clean and wipe it down carefully. They even helped bring everything out to the car.
