Have been for two appointments now, separated by roughly a year, for wax removal and I must say Sham does a great job. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional he goes over the process beforehand and details the parts of the ear. You can also see a video feed of before and after the removal and the results are remarkable. Sham is also very friendly and helpful, willing to chat whilst the procedure continues. In terms of value for money I do believe it is reasonable. I have noted an improvement in my hearing which lasts a good while afterwards. I would highly recommend Sham and his great service!
The service Sham provides could not be better. I woke up two days in a row with a blocked left ear. I e-mailed Sham this morning and despite the fact he was fully booked all day he still managed to fit me in, today, for treatment during his lunch break. What a guy.As for the treatment itself-- it was painless, comfortable and Sham was very reassuring and calming throughout. He is very knowledgeable, of course, and explains things very well all about the workings of the ear. If you are reluctant to get this treatment done, I can only say to you that the moment you leave Sham's treatment and walk outside and you hear, and I mean, you REALLY hear what's around you... that is a moment worth so, so much. I'm looking forward to that same moment in 12 months when I go back to Sham for treatment (and I absolutely will!) Great service, thank you so much!
