I visited the store today with a few friends. Gail who was working near the handbags helped us out in the best possible way. She was kind, friendly and polite. A nice change from what you see in other stores. Would 100% shop their again!
Me and my friends visited today and only one store assistant, Gail made the effort with us to help us look at shoes and bags. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure she assisted us as much as she could. She is an asset to the team there, as most other employees we've come across never seem happy or interested.
Great deals, lovely lady on handbags seems to know the entire shop layout by the back of her hand, think her name was Gail, very helpful in finding a handbag for my mum's birthday present. Only negative is that the walkway through the store is very narrow and can get quite cramped during busy times.
Great selection of items, well layer out.This shop is a real treasure trove with great bargains to be found as long as you don't go in with your heart set on something particular as there is no guarantee you will find it. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Whilst the bargains are great, the different areas of the shop are labelled clearly and there are lots of staff available to help. It could be improved if they made the "paths" bigger. It's very busy at this time of year and it's virtually impossible with a wheelchair or with a pram.
