Poor service. Argos warranty Rubbish
Superb service today, after having an issue with some gift cards earlier in the week, they took time out today to resolve this issue and gave us cash refund. Which we spent straight back in the store on new suitcases Well done to Hannah, Sam and the lovely lady who helped us out today. Sorry we did not get your name.
Had 2 kens on shop floor so took to the till to purchase only to be told can only buy 1. As 1 is reserved. So why is it on shop floor?.
I've had a great experience at argos today all the staff were very helpfull, interactive and happy. The lady at the counter did a great job, and let me know about the 10 voucher. Couldn't forget about the people who served me at the collection point that received me with a smile and helped me out carrying my travel system to my car. I want to also say that the team seemed to help each other and it's great to see that the shop hire people with all ages. Well done !
Went in there today, and not a single one of the touch screen devices that I tried was working properly. Managed to get about halfway through typing a word on one before it gave out on me, another accepted the word but then refused to search, another two just refused to search whatsoever! I would have thought since their headquarters was less than a mile away that management would be keeping an eye, but apparently not. In future I will just order on line. Possibly from Amazon.
