Ive been going to MK Diagnostics for nearly three years now and I honestly cant recommend them enough. Their prices are much more reasonable than the bigger, well known garages - theyll never try to rip you off (even if you obviously know nothing about cars, like me!) and will try to save you money where possible. Their customer service is fantastic too, theyre so friendly and theyll even give you a lift home or to work after you drop your car off!
This is the worst garage in Milton Keynes and their main guy, maybe their head was so rude. Their name MK diagnostic doesn't go with them cause they know nothing about the diagnosis. I had the ABS problem, they called me thrice to the garage and finally changed the abs wiring loom which I was always thinking won't be a problem and it happened exactly same, the problem didn't fix. And stupid guys told me to go to the dealership, there is ECU problem. Come on!! What!!! Really!!! Stupidity at peak!!! Then I decided to go to another garage in Bletchley and he just plugged the device and said it's an ABS sensor problem and the next day he ordered and changed the sensor and the problem is fixed. If you guys want to save your car and money, never ever go to them.
I have had 2 MOT's with full services done by MK Diagnostics and today they replaced a brake light for me at short notice. I just wanted to say how great their service is - it is always friendly, professional, on time, accurate, and very reasonably priced. A great company that I would wholeheartedly recommend.
Would highly recommend. They're a friendly, professional garage always happy to help even sometimes at short notice. They charge a fair price and do a great job. When I once had an issue they took full responsibility and collected the car to repair, it's the sort of honesty that has made me go back every time. Trust worthy local garage, was glad I found them.
Very pleased-we have used MK Diagnostics for a few years now and am very impressed with Andy and Barry. They collect and drop off our cars and deal with any aftercare snagging without issue. This means they go the extra mile. Very fortunate to have these guys round the corner from us. With excellent work you build up trust.
