Mechanics were honest in telling me the problem with my van. I had booked in for dpf clean but was informed it was a different issue causing it to smoke. Got a complete refund thanks
Honestly amazing, thought I had a problem with my car due to another mechanic telling it needed to be replaced. But Halford did a full check and said I don't need to and it was a waste of money.overall just amazing service and people. Highly recommended. Thanks to John and Steve for their help
I was quite pleased when I left here after having too many problems in the past with garages. Was told my car would be ready in 1-2 hours, it was done in less than an hour. Customer service is average, not friendly but not unfriendly. Only niggle about this place is location - there's not a whole lot around to keep you busy if your car does end up being here for a good amount of hours so make sure you plan ahead!Update: Two years on, got a quote from a branch in Coventry. So I called Milton Keynes (as Im going to be in the area for a couple weeks with family) and a mechanic answered. Told me he didnt know much about booking appointments which is fair enough and that the manager would call me back. Still no call back so I took time out of my day to call them again. Was told, no we dont do timing head gaskets, we dont have the manpower, Halfords Autocentres dont do them any more. So I guess that quote that I got from the Coventry branch was a load of hogwash? And if youre lacking in manpower maybe you should just close up shop now! Not something you want to relay to a customer...

Small and limited space garage with a service better than the local main agent for my vehicle. Excellent service, attention to detail, care of vehicle, fair and reasonable advice regarding work that needs doing or will need to be done in the future. I have used this garage several times and it is one of the best small businesses I have known.
