Had a great time with my daughter's and my grandson. the staff are very nice and work very hard. they was busy when we went but the service by one member of staff was very good I think his name was Harry. we will be going back very soon.
It needs some improvements. Our chips weren't cooked properly. The food tasted good but not very hot. I think once they've got on top of the food it'll be excellent again.
Just had my sons 5th birthday party at mini monsters, thank you so much it was amazing and outstanding value for money. Everyone had a fantastic time and they did everything to make the occasion very special. I will definitely be booking future partys with them. All the staff were fantastic especially our lovely party host (who was training) but was amazing and very attentive, the food was great too and everything was done to suit around us. Thank you all again.
Ive been here a few times now. And to be honest you get what you pay for... its a very very small play area. So maybe not so good for children older than say 5? You couldnt really spend any more than an hour or so there as the kids get bored. But then on the other hand I like that its small as I can keep a close eye on my child. The staff are very young. And every time we order drinks there the glasses are filthy! Even have things floating in our drinks. There drinks come in plastic cups which I dont like- for adults. And it isnt real Coke its a cheap brand. Dont really like the table service. No one really comes up to you and asks. I understand that theyve done it so the parents can relax but Id rather just go up and pay really..
Equipment was good, varied sizes for different ages of children. Lots of seating, and various sizes or chairs and high chairs for children. However at 6.25 for a 13 month child seems quite expensive, but then it is in a good position right in the centre of MK. Also, the staff were not very quick. We waited for about 5 minutes at the door to pay and get in and then while table service is nice thing, they took like 15 minutes to actually take our order. Once they took our order though, food and drinks came in like 5-10 minutes, which was pretty good. Overall, they seem under staffed.
